The Rhythm UT software suite combines advanced image acquisition, review and data management tools for phased array images taken with the Phasor XS ultrasonic flaw detector. Its advanced data sharing capabilities allow significant improvements in productivity and enable faster identification of quality problems, leading to reduced production defects or better in-service asset management.

Offering the same advanced viewing and measurement tools as the Phasor XS so you can work offline without sacrificing capabilities. Rhythm UT offers additional tools to enhance reporting and analysis to assist in better decision-making.

Rhythm Acquire
Rhythm Acquire

Rhythm Acquires allows users to customize a menu selection of relevant data required to be collected with the image–details such as name of inspector, location, items being inspected, date, time, and defect classification can also entered. The operator is also able to input descriptions along with the image and provide any other additional notes that will be retained with the image in the DICONDE non-proprietary and reliable format.

Rhythm Review
Rhythm Review (Coming September 2008)

Rhythm Review accepts data from Rhythm Acquire, other Rhythm Review workstations, and removable media, such as CDs and DVDs. It provides application tools for analysis, enhancement, measurement, reporting and storage of received data.

Rhythm Archive

Rhythm Enterprise Archive (Rhythm EA) delivers a complete, scalable and flexible DICONDE storage solution for non-destructive testing images and information. Rhythm EA may be used for robust on-site, multi-site, and off-site implementations.

Rhythm Report Generator

Report

Rhythm UT eliminates the need to manually consolidate stored images from the Phasor XS with handwritten inspection data. You can easily import CAD drawings or photographic images to assist in inspection site identification. Save time in the reporting process with automatic generation of reports. JPEG images, sector scans and other views can be incorporated so that reports can be used for historical review purposes.
